Guarneri Technology signed an agreement with Voith to acquire Voith Paper Walztechnik AG.  With Voith Paper Walztechnik, a long-standing provider of Nipco^TM roll systems and solutions for industrial applications, Guarneri Technology strengthens its position as a leading calender supplier.

Not only in the textile and technical textile sector, but also in the special application industries, customers worldwide rely on the combined competence. Voith Paper Walztechnik offers a high-value portfolio of optimized and customized solutions for a wide range of individual tailored Nipco^TMroll calender applications in the field of finishing textiles and technical textiles, printing floor coverings or magazines from rolling steel plates or aluminium to milling foodstuffs. The use of Nipco^TM roll systems allow the user to set individual forces in the nip. Depending on the roll design, operation with parallel nip is possible, i.e. the deflection of the Nipco^TM roll precisely matches that of the counter roll. Likewise, these roll types are suitable for non-woven applications, such as thermal bonding. A Nipco^TM roll system can usually be retrofitted into an existing system without major conversion effort, creating an almost endless list of applications for this roll system. All of these technologies are supported with expert services and application support.
